I’ve been experimenting with some pre-surf meals and by far the best one has been banana, peanut butter, Farmer’s Honey and a pinch of salt.
Keeping it light is better and I feel it gives me a little jolt of energy. Especially paired with a shot of espresso.
What are your go to pre-surf meals?
I just pound a ton of water... and no need to go to the bathroom to get rid of it lol
1.5 scoops of C4 pre-session. Then a gallon jug of water with 2 packs of pedialyte powder to drink throughout the day. If it's good, I usually go out at first light on an empty stomach which is probably not a great thing to do.
